| How do I return an item for credit or repair? |
| In the first instance, you should contact Medilink Services and request a returns form or alternatively use our online request form. Please note that the purpose of this form is to notify Medilink Services of your wish to return an item and to provide the details necessary to process your request. This is not an authorisation. Please do not return any items until you have received further instruction from our returns department and a returns authorisation number (RGA) has been issued to you. Medilink Services will not accept responsibility for items returned outside of this procedure. |

| What items can I return? |
| We will only accept items which are in as new condition and have been purchased within 14 days prior to your request. Special order items, consumable goods or software will not be accepted unless faulty. |

| Will I be charged a restocking fee? |
| A restocking charge of up to 25% may be applied to returned goods which have been correctly despatched but ordered incorrectly by the customer. |

| Can I get a loan of equipment while my unit is being repaired? |
| Loan equipment is available only for customers who have taken a full maintenance contract on their equipment. If you would like more details about the benefits and costs of a maintenance contract, please contact us. |

| Will Medilink Services collect items I wish to return? |
| We cannot collect items that you wish to return for credit or repair. We will collect items which have been incorrectly despatched by us and arrange for the correct goods to be shipped as soon as possible. Should it be necessary for you to return an item, we recommend that you use a carrier or postal service where a proof of delivery can be obtained. |
